Help for Levy Data Collection

Have not supplied a Data Provider name.

When searching for the Organisation or Data Provider the field was found empty.
e.g. Organisation, Nationwide Sawmills Limited

Have not supplied a Data Provider location.

When searching for the Location the field was found empty.
e.g. Location, Taupo

Have not supplied a Data Provider Contact.

When searching for the Contact the field was found empty.
e.g. Contact, Jane Smith

Have not supplied a Data Provider Phone No.

When searching for the Phone the field was found empty.
e.g. Phone, 06 354-1234

Have not supplied a valid Period.

When searching for the Period the field was either found empty or the period provided did not match the appropriate format.
e.g. Period, MM-YYYY or Period, 08-2013 or Period, Jan-14

The period you have supplied does not match the current period. The period should be (e.g. 01-2014).

This period needs to match the calendar period for which data is being provided (in this case, Jan 2014)

Missing Data Provider information.

The head section of the csv file must contain Organisation, Location, Contact, Phone, Email and Period.

The Data you have provided data for does not match the account you are uploading from.

The login credentials you are using have not been configured for the data provider you have supplied levy data for. Check that the Organisation you have provided is consistent with previous levy data files.

I need to upload data but have no data to upload for this month, what do I do?<

You will still need to upload a csv file for the month but it will need to be empty and have no levydata lines.

Levy data month cannot be later than the period month.

The month cannot be later than the period supplied in the head section. This will more than likely be the same as the period above however there may be adjustments for prior periods.

Have not supplied a Commodity.

The Commodity cannot be left blank.

Have not supplied a valid Commodity.

The Commodity you have supplied does not match any of the accepted values. The Commodity supplied can be either LOG, CHIP, WASTE (for forest waste), BINWOOD or HOG

Have not supplied a Species.

The Species cannot be left blank.

Have not supplied valid species and can not translate to a valid Species.

The Species you have supplied does not match any of the accepted values.The Species supplied can be either PRAD (Radiata Pine), PSMEN (Douglas Fir), EUC (Eucalyptus), CUPR (Cupressus), Uknown (Unable to be determined), Other (None of the above). We can translate from one Species too another ie. Pine to PRAD but you will have to get in contact with operations@levysystems.co.nz and let us know your requirements first.

Have not supplied a UOM.

The Unit of Measurement (UOM) cannot be left blank.

Have not supplied valid UOM and can not translate to a valid UOM.

The Unit of Measurement (UOM) you have supplied does not match any of the accepted values. The UOM supplied can be either T (Green Tonnes),JAS , M3 (Cubic Metres), DT (Bone Dry Tonnnes). We can translate from one UOM too another ie. Tonnes to T but you will have to get in contact with operations@levysystems.co.nz and let us know your requirements first.

Have not supplied a valid Source.

The Source you have supplied does not match any of the accepted values. The Source can be either FOREST, LOGYARD, PORT or MILL.

Must provide an Owner Name if an Owner code is not given.

If an Owner code is not provided you must supply an Owner Name.

Must provide an Owner Address if an Owner code is not given.

If an Owner code is not provided you must supply an Owner Name.

Must provide an Owner City if an Owner code is not given.
